I didn’t come to this work from a desk. I came from more than a decade of living in the elite youth sports landscape: standing on sidelines, building relationships with college coaches across the country, and watching talented athletes slip through the cracks simply because their families didn’t have the right information or the right tools at the right time.

This experience taught me two things.
First, that college recruiting is genuinely confusing and the families who navigate it best are the ones with a trusted insider in their corner. Second, that most of the services in this space are built around access to databases, not access to real people.

RB Sports Consulting was founded to be different. We work with a maximum of 20 families per year, by application only, to ensure that every athlete we take on gets our full attention. No hand-offs. No automated emails. Just honest counsel, direct advocacy, and a network built over years of showing up .
